DoraAudit.eu is a DORA and NIS2 compliance self-assessment platform that helps organizations evaluate their compliance with regulatory requirements.
By using the service, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the service.
Important Information About the Service
DoraAudit.eu is a self-assessment tool, NOT legal advice. Using the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Assessment results are informational in nature and do not replace a professional compliance audit or certification.
DoraAudit.eu does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Results are based on user-provided data and may be inaccurate.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring their organization's compliance. We recommend consulting with a qualified specialist.
User Account
- • The user is responsible for account and password security and must not share access with third parties.
- • One account is intended for one organization. Separate accounts are required for assessing multiple organizations.
- • Automated data collection (scraping), resale of the service, and other malicious activities are prohibited.

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Intellectual Property
- • Platform content, assessment questions, methodology, and design belong to DoraAudit.eu and are protected by copyright.
- • User-provided data and company information belong to the user.
- • Generated assessment reports may be used internally but not published or resold.
Limitation of Liability
- • DoraAudit.eu is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use or non-use of the service.
- • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
- • DoraAudit.eu is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure.
Service Availability
- • We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Termination
- • The user may delete their account at any time by contacting our support.
- • DoraAudit.eu may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn.
